Wow, what an amazing hotel! the staff here are so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, a bustling market just a minute away, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved the stunning view from the rooftop restaurant, and the breakfast options were delicious. The room was spotlessly clean and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Plus, we loved the little gift we received upon departure - such a thoughtful touch!
Honestly, we really can't think of anything negative to say about our stay. Perhaps the elevator was a tad slow at times, but that's really nitpicking!

Large rooms, very central, good and abundant breakfast, very helpful and flexible staff. After our stay at the hotel, we used Hanoi as base to visit the north, they kept our luggage there all the time and let us come and go, use their facilities, etc... without having a room there.

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel in Hanoi. the location was perfect, right in the center of the old town. It was so convenient and easy to go anywhere, with everything within a very short walking distance, including the beautiful lake. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home with a warm welcome and great attention to detail. The room was lovely, with super soft bedsheets and even an outside balcony space to enjoy the views of the city. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of different foods that exceeded my expectations. Plus, the views over Hanoi during breakfast were absolutely amazing.
Nothing could have been improved, everything was great!

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast items catered mainly to locals and not for overseas visitors. There was no continental breakfast items.

Staying in the Old Quarter is great. There's so much to explore on foot, from charming little streets and eateries to the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel itself is in the heart of everything, with breathtaking views of the city from the rooftop restaurant. the rooms are comfortable and cozy with luxurious beds, and the staff are attentive and always willing to go the extra mile.
The hotel lacks some basic amenities such as a gym or pool, which would be appreciated by fitness enthusiasts.
